We are currently hiring an Application Engineer to lead and support new customer deployments, configure and customize solutions to fit clinical workflows, and provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimization.
* Lead and support new customer deployments
* Configure and customize solutions to fit clinical workflows
* Train end-users including radiologists, PACS admins, and IT staff
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to drive customer success
* Provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimization
* Travel to customer sites as needed (approx. 30–50%)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
* Solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
* Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders
