The renowned company based in Lübeck offers you the opportunity to develop innovative solutions in a future-oriented environment. This is a temporary position with an initial term of six months and the option to extend to 18 months.

Your tasks
6. Working in a team that defines, develops, tests and releases new hardware features for infrared gas detection systems.
7. Manage hardware design activities and act as a key interface between internal and external development partners.
8. Ensure that hardware designs meet explosion protection, functional safety and EMC compliance requirements.
9. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for regulatory approvals.
Your profile
10. Sound knowledge of hardware design for industrial devices and experience with schematic and PCB layout.
11. Proven experience in dealing with explosion proof design (e.g. ATEX) and a good understanding of EMC requirements in industrial environments.
12. Familiarity with functional safety (e.g. IEC 61508, SIL).
13. Experience in working with external teams.
14. Proactive and independent way of working and ability to adapt to new requirements.
15. Strong communication skills to network internal and external teams.
16. Willingness to familiarize yourself with internal processes and play an active role in shaping them.
17. Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking.
