We seek a skilled Administrative Assistant for our office team to support the management with various tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and providing excellent service to our partners. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls and messages
* Correspondence via mail or email in German language
* Digital documentation using MS Office
* Post handling (in- and outgoing)
* Supporting business partners (greeting and welcoming)
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Organizing files and documents in a systematic manner
