Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
* Several years of experience in a senior customer service or related managerial role
* Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is a strong advantage
* Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, communication, or service management
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Fluent in German and proficient in English
* Solution-oriented, innovative, and open to taking on responsibility
