Build the commercial engine of EV charging in Germany
Elaway is one of the leading providers of EV charging solutions for residential real estate in the Nordics and part of the Norwegian renewable energy group Aneo.
Following the merger of Aneo Mobility and Elaway in 2026, the company is entering its next growth phase in Germany.
To drive this journey, we are looking for a Head of Sales Germany who will take full ownership of building and scaling the commercial model.
Your mission
This is not a traditional leadership role.
It is a build-and-scale mandate.
You will establish product–market fit, develop a scalable go-to-market approach and lay the commercial foundation for long-term growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic EV markets.
Your responsibilities
Market development and growth
* Position Elaway as a trusted partner in the German EV charging ecosystem
* Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy
* Build a strong commercial presence in a fragmented market
Commercial ownership
* Take full responsibility for revenue and margin targets
* Balance short-term results with long-term value creation
* Translate market insights into clear commercial actions
Go-to-market and sales model
* Design and implement a scalable B2B2C sales model
* Build strategic relationships with real estate companies, property managers and partners
* Establish structured sales processes, tools and KPIs
Hands-on execution
* Drive customer acquisition and key deals personally in the early phase
* Build pipeline and close business
* Validate and refine the commercial model through real market interaction
Team build-up
* Recruit and develop a high-performing sales organization over time
* Define roles, responsibilities and performance structures
* Foster an entrepreneurial and results-driven culture
Your profile
You are an entrepreneurial commercial leader who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
* Proven experience in building and scaling business in dynamic environments
* Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
* Experience in start-up, scale-up or similarly fast-paced environments
* Experience in B2B or B2B2C sales models
* Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making mindset
* Ability to translate complexity into clear structures and actions
Nice to have
* Experience in energy, mobility, infrastructure, telecommunications or real estate
* Consulting background with commercial responsibility

Practical details
* Location: Munich
* Strong on-site presence required, especially in the initial phase
