OverviewGlobal Head of Digital Solutions, Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)ResponsibilitiesAct as strategic partner to Sales & Marketing leaders, steering digital transformation and growth initiativesLead digital product strategy, development, and execution for key areas including consumer insights, CRM, value-based pricing, and marketing planningSponsor and steer digital products, such as Consumer research and insights, marketing planning & resource management, and reporting, value-based pricing, or E2E customer relationship managementManage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from ideation to adoption and continuous improvement while driving system simplificationBuild and lead high-performing cross-functional product teams (including business and IT functions), embedding Agile practices and fostering innovation and accountabilityServe as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of priorities, expectations, and timelinesDrive adoption through training, feedback loops, and regional champions; monitor product performance using data-driven KPIsBuild digital and data literacy across teams, promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learningAdvise CDIO and executive leaders on strategic technology decisions; translate complex digital initiatives into actionable insightsAbout youBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferredMinimum 10 years of experience designing and delivering digital strategies and solutions within Sales & Marketing, including substantial time in senior leadership rolesStrong record of leading complex digital transformations, aligning technology investments with business strategy, and managing large-scale organizational changeProven success in product-based organizations, with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and outcomes-driven deliveryExtensive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across business and IT functions in a global contextDemonstrated expertise in building scalable, modern technology ecosystems using Agile methodologiesIndustry experience in the fragrance and flavor sector or closely related fields, with a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks and operational dynamicsAbility to leverage technology, data, and AI to address industry-specific challenges, particularly in areas such as Customer Relationship ManagementStrategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumenExceptional communication and influence skills with the ability to operate at senior executive levelsSkilled in analytical problem-solving and confident, decisive leadershipConfident leader with strong problem-solving capabilities and a successful track record in global change managementFluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageousOur offerBecome part of our open and transparent culture.
