Senior Strategic Sales Manager – Frankfurt Business Unit: Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. Position Overview Tencent Cloud is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Strategic Sales Manager who will be based in Frankfurt. The candidate will manage Tencent Cloud's most significant and strategic digital native and MNC accounts in the DACH region, establish sales priorities and action plans, deliver or surpass cloud sales goals, and cultivate valuable relationships with key stakeholders of target accounts in DACH. Job Responsibilities Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution‑based sales opportunities. Develop and manage high‑value relationships with key stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to other team members on large digital native accounts and contribute to sales and marketing collateral. Partner with Legal/FIN/Tax teams on contract negotiations. Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential. Prepare and execute strategic account plans, status reports, sales and revenue forecasting, and quota attainment. Be an expert on Tencent’s cloud digital native offerings, working to understand customers’ needs and provide service solutions. Develop strategic plans based on industry trends and customer analysis. Accountable and instrumental in increasing high‑profile cloud platform contracts. Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team in delivering and ensuring customers gain high value from their investments. Manage the sales life‑cycle for all accounts. Job Requirements 10+ years B2B sales experience in the technology/Internet/digital sector. Experience selling at C‑level. Exhibits a hunter mentality and possesses an outstanding ability to close sales. Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell. Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and staff at all levels. Ability to solve customer‑related problems in a positive manner. Strong consultative and insight‑based selling. Experience articulating complex solutions to decision‑makers and executives. Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts. Experience analyzing data, trends and the market to develop key selling points. Experience with Automotive/E‑commerce is a plus.
