Plus, our team operates across Kehl and Elmshorn, giving you a multi-site experience and a real European HR mission Your role as HR Officer As part of our Lesaffre Germany HR team, you’ll work closely with our HR Director and help connect our two sites (Kehl & Elmshorn) through engaging and impactful HR projects Your mission: HR Projects – Support and lead local & global HR initiatives Data Management – Track KPIs, headcount, consolidate and analyze HR data Recruitment – Organize recruitment campaigns & help digitalize the process Training – Coordinate employee training via our e-learning platform HR Admin – Help manage HR tools (working hours, travel expenses, digital files, etc.) Corporate Culture – Support internal comms and culture development
