Application Support Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a full or part-time basis and inspire our customers.
Your passion for excellent customer service and your ability to communicate in a customer-oriented manner are crucial. We are looking for an individual who is willing to get to grips with our software and support our customers with all their queries - from technical challenges to complex application issues. We do not expect immediate in-depth technical knowledge, but value your willingness to actively familiarize yourself with our software and make our product a real success for our customers.

Your tasks with us
* Answer customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support
You are the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries and providing helpful information. You will work closely with our internal development department.
* Solve user problems
You will independently identify and resolve problems that may arise while using our software.
* Connecting new customers and designing suitable training courses
You ensure a smooth introduction to our systems when connecting new customers. This also includes training sessions in which you explain the functions and possibilities of our software in an understandable way.
* Creating specifications for further development
You create specifications for development in order to continuously develop our application based on customer feedback and identified needs.
* Create documentation & bug tickets
You create documentation that describes in detail both the use of our software and how to fix bugs.
* Carry out software tests
You test our applications for functionality and user-friendliness.
Your qualification
* Solution-oriented and software-savvy
* Distinct user orientation
* Strong communication skills
* Business fluent German and solid English skills
* Experience in IT customer service
