Co-Founder / Chief Growth Officer – Bitcoin Startup
We are building an all‑in‑one Bitcoin platform that makes buying, selling, sending, paying with and requesting Bitcoin as simple as technically possible. The product is already built and live. We are currently part of Entrepreneurs First in San Francisco and are looking for a co‑founder to help turn this into a large‑scale company.
About the Role
You will work directly with the founder as a true co‑founder. This is not a standard employee position. You will help define strategy, drive growth, build partnerships and do whatever is needed to make the company successful.
You should be someone who thrives in uncertainty, moves fast, executes relentlessly and genuinely believes in the mission of making Bitcoin accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth, distribution and go‑to‑market
* Build relationships with merchants, Bitcoin companies, payment providers and partners
* Find creative ways to acquire users and increase adoption
* Help shape product strategy based on customer and market feedback
* Represent the company in meetings, events and investor conversations
* Help recruit future team members
* Take ownership over major parts of the company and execute independently
* Do whatever is necessary to maximize the chance of success
Ideal Background
* Strong belief in Bitcoin and its long‑term importance
* Exceptional execution ability
* Very ambitious and highly driven
* Strong communication and networking skills
* Comfortable reaching out to people, building partnerships and opening doors
* Able to work intensely and move quickly
* Startup, sales, business development, growth, operations or founder experience is a plus
* Technical background is helpful but not required
