<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Das macht den Job für mich interessant: </strong>Im Offshore-Betrieb von 50Hertz bin ich direkt an der Energiewende beteiligt: Ich plane und überwache Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an unseren Offshore-Kabelanlagen und begleite Netzausbauprojekte vor Ort. Mit #KeepingTheLightsOn als gemeinsamer Haltung im Team übernehme ich Verantwortung für die Versorgungssicherheit und entwickle mein technisches Know-how im Austausch mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen stetig weiter.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich sorge für die Netzverfügbarkeit unserer Offshore-Anschlusssysteme,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich plane, koordiniere und überwache Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen – inklusive Schaltungsplanung und Abstimmung der Arbeiten an On- und Offshore-Kabelanlagen,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich achte auf die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltstandards,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich steuere den Einsatz von Fremdfirmen und eigenem Personal,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich begleite Netzausbau- und Umbauprojekte aktiv – inklusive Anleitung und Koordination der Baukontrolleur*innen,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich prüfe technische Unterlagen und kontrolliere die vertragsgerechte Umsetzung von Maßnahmen,</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister*in oder Techniker*in im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Erfahrung mit Hoch- oder Mittelspannungskabeln und/oder Kabelinstallationstechnologien – idealerweise auch Offshore,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Kenntnisse in Mess- und Prüfverfahren,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Klare Kommunikation, Organisationstalent, Umsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Verlässliche Abstimmung mit internen und externen Beteiligten,</span></li>
