SOC Analyst (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to play a vital role in ensuring our secure IT environment? Join our security team as a SOC Analyst, where you'll contribute to shaping and enhancing our defenses against emerging threats.
Your responsibilities
1. Act as the frontline defender, monitoring and investigating security events within our SIEM system.
2. Analyze and respond to security alerts, events, and incidents in accordance with established playbooks, actively contributing to their refinement and optimization.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and automate response actions, increasing efficiency and efficacy.
4. Assist in defining new use cases and implementing setup changes to bolster our security posture.
5. Contribute to documentation efforts, documenting existing rules, scenarios, and attack patterns to continually enhance our security framework.
Your qualification
6. Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (e.g., IT-specialist with relevant cybersecurity expertise).
7. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of SOC processes and tooling.
8. Profound interest in and understanding of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
9. Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
