The Process Engineer (f/m/d) is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. Engineering Projects : Lead and manage engineering projects and design changes from concept through to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Demonstrated expertise in process capability analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Root Cause & Trend Analysis: Identifying high-impact issues ("top hitters") and utilizing data-driven approaches to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Conducting comprehensive data analyses to develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
Collaborating closely with the digitization team to ensure accurate collection, recording, and secure storage of process data.
Master's degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+5 years).
Strong project leadership skills and knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/DBS, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Good knowledge of data analysis, automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate), CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and German
