Your tasks
10. Test planning: Preparation and follow-up of electrical documents such as circuit diagrams (SLP) and equipment lists (BMV).
11. Quality assurance: Checking documents for completeness, plausibility, quality and functional capability.
12. Communication: Permanent exchange of information with various departments (system engineering, circuit planning, installation planning, AV) and interface function between production, engineering, quality and purchasing.
13. Production optimization: Advising the design department, influencing cost- and production-oriented designs ("design for manufacturing"), initiating optimizations and checking drawings.
14. Assembly support: Supporting pre-assembly and final assembly in the implementation of specifications (drawings, parts lists).
15. Process optimization: Assistance in simplifying assembly processes, standardizing components and supporting the continuous improvement process (CIP).
16. Troubleshooting: Recognizing malfunctions and initiating corrective measures.
17. Design: Conception and design of auxiliary equipment and devices for assembly.
18. Project support: Collaboration in the definition of assemblies, implementation of pre-assembled cable harnesses, circuit and installation space optimization and wiring changes.
Your profile
19. Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, possibly automotive engineering
20. Very good knowledge of MS Office, 3D CAD programs; E3, SAP, Teamcenter, CatiaV5
21. Very good knowledge of German (C1)
22. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
