We are currently seeking a new team member to join our headquarters in Berlin-Wilmersdorf as an:
IT Specialist/Analyst (m/w/d)
You will be the core driver of technical excellence across our German and Austrian network. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you’ll ensure our digital platforms (ERP, CRM, CMS) aren’t just functional - they’re competitive. You will bridge the gap between our global IT roadmap and the local needs of our franchisee partners. Working closely with the rest of the German IT team, you will report to the IT Business Manager for Germany and work closely with the IT Project Manager within the local team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Requirements Coordination: Gather and document functional requirements from store users and franchisees to help shape future software features.
* Release Management: Own the testing phase for software fixes and lead the local rollout of new features, including training and support for the network.
* System Optimization: Configure platform parameters at a local level to ensure the tools meet the specific needs of the market.
* Operational Excellence: Serve as the technical point of contact for our digital ecosystem. You will troubleshoot complex issues across our ERP, CRM, and marketing modules, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Global Collaboration: Act as the local link to our worldwide IT maintenance groups, escalating critical issues and participating in international project routines.
* Strategic Reporting: Filter and prioritize network requests for the IT Business Manager, ensuring that IT resources are focused on the highest-impact issues.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, in an organized Help-desk environment.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field of study is a must.
* Solid IT background with skills on system administration, network configuration and day to day office support.
* Basic Knowledge of the main integration technologies (API, WebServices…)
* Good functional analysis experience and skills.
* Background in the retail sector, project management skills are considered a plus.
* Advanced to expert user of Excel and good grasp of data analysis.
* Structured, process oriented approach and ability to prioritize.
* Willingness to learn, showing enthusiasm for technology and business with a proactive attitude.
* Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives.
* Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions.
* Professional fluency in German and English.
