As User Management Officer you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Identity & Access Management framework across the organization. Working in close collaboration with our international User Management team, you will design and manage process-oriented access solutions to support the Banks global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications
2. Ensure timely and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including access provisioning and de-provisioning
3. Taking care of the continuous further development of the necessary processes, specifications and guidelines
4. Implementing new solutions in coordination with IT, compliance and business stakeholders
5. Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant access reports and documentation
6. Act as the first and main point of contact for business units, providing guidance on access best practices and tailored solutions
