For our partner company in the social and healthcare sector, we are looking for an Application Manager (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this role, you will support and advise users in the use of established industry software in the social and healthcare sector, including in the areas of documentation, service planning and billing. In addition to application support, you will also take on important tasks in IT project management.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
7. Supporting and advising users in the use of the internal industry solution, including in the areas of documentation, duty scheduling and billing
8. Analysis of company processes and user requirements and subsequent feasibility check
9. Technical adaptation of the software (customizing)
10. Processing and solving content-related questions about the software and communicating with the manufacturer in the event of serious IT faults
11. Collaboration in IT projects, such as the introduction of new modules and functionalities as well as in larger digitization initiatives
Your profile
12. Experience in the planning and implementation of projects
13. Experience in the use of specific software from the social services sector (e.g. Connext Vivendi or other information systems and applications) is an advantage
14. Knowledge of software configuration or an interest in familiarizing yourself with this subject area is desirable
15. Willingness to provide service, customer orientation and communication skills
16. Very good written and spoken German
