At METRO Markets, we build a mature and growing B2B e-commerce marketplace that serves professional customers across six European countries.We’re now looking for a skilled Senior UX / UI Designer to help shape critical phases of the customer journey in our product area: Checkout and After-Sales Solutions. We’re seeking someone eager to tackle complex problems, shape design strategy, and make a meaningful impact on the post-purchase experience.What you’ll work on:You’ll join key product teams, working closely with product managers and developers in a collaborative product trio setup. These teams tackle some of the most essential user journeys — from streamlining repeat orders and professional services to ensuring clear, reliable order tracking and post-purchase communication.
