Director Business Development (m/f/x) – Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein at PVH Corp.
We are brand builders focused on Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, working to position PVH as a leading brand group. PVH emphasizes inclusion, diversity, and a culture of belonging, supported by scalable global resources. The head office for the DACH and EEC markets is in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Strategy & Execution: Translate global and regional strategies into actionable local initiatives; identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
* Management Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including meeting and project preparation and follow-up; ensure operational readiness through structured planning and documentation.
* Project & Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritize strategic projects aligned with regional goals; ensure successful execution and measurable impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key interface between local teams and global functions; align priorities and drive outcomes with senior leadership.
* Operational & Change Support: Provide hands-on support for key initiatives and lead change management at the local level.
Qualifications
* A university degree, advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent
* At least 6–8 years of experience in consulting, in-house consulting or project management with leadership experience and a track record of leading, coaching and developing people
* Experience in FMCG/Retail and Transformation/Change Management is a plus
* Ability to drive strategy with a hands-on mindset; lead by example and inspire the team to adopt desired behaviors
* Capacity to develop concepts and translate them into practical operational initiatives
* Experience leading change management efforts in a global business operation
