Description
Major Responsibilities include:
1. Lead the operations FP&A finance organization and activity in Weilburg
2. Provide guidance and leadership on the operations finance roles such as FP&A, Gross margin, Std costing, periodic close and reporting and other ad hoc requests
3. Collaborate with Operations leadership team to provide needed support and consultation
4. Continuous improvement mindset, partnering with different areas of the organization, identifying gaps, cost savings and productivity.
5. Ensure that finance policies and proper accounting rules are being followed consistently and SOX-compliant in all areas of responsibility.
6. Assist in all other ad hoc requests which require financial modeling, scenario analysis and simulations.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
15. Minimum 6-8 years’ FP&A working experience in an international company, ideally in the semiconductor industry
16. Minimum 3 years existing managerial experience of financial teams
17. University degree, ideally master’s degree in Finance or another relevant field
18. Fulltime required
Preferred Qualifications:
19. Strong SAP skills
20. Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
21. Knowledgeable in BI systems, preferably in Power BI
