Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step.The RoleWe are searching for an outstanding Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager to establish, maintain, and grow partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands in EMEA. The role reports to the Head of Partnerships, EMEA, and will play a pivotal role in growing GetYourGuide's market share in EMEA, our fastest-growing region. Please note this is an individual contributor position.This role is a 12 month parental leave contract. Starting ideally in February or March 2026.Your MissionStrategically expand our EMEA portfolio while owning, managing, and growing a multi-million dollar portfolio of enterprise accounts and industry relationshipsBuild a strong pipeline of exceptional partnership prospects that offer the growth potential to grow EMEA GMV contribution by 5XContribute to the design of, and execute, playbooks, sales, and growth systems needed to penetrate strategic verticalsDevelop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue opportunities to improve deal progressionsBe accountable for selling to existing customers and net new customersWork closely with Legal, FP&A, Partner Tech, Supply, Accounting, Product, and Brand and Growth Marketing Teams to build feasible partnership structures, ensure compliance with contractual terms and achievement of partnership milestones, and maximize the impact of the GetYourGuide brand.Regularly communicate strategies, impact, learnings, and next steps to GetYourGuide leadership via weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates.Represent GetYourGuide by interfacing with business leaders in an acute business setting (sales pitches, ongoing partner meetings, etc) and at industry events such as conferences, trade shows, and through participation in local trade associations.Your Toolkit7+ years of experience working in sales, key account management, or business development functions at high-growth marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, airline or online travel tech companiesConnected, have a good network and reputationProficient and have an understanding of affiliate marketing and Strategic PartnershipGood business acumen and commercial instincts, specifically in contract negotiation and relationship managementAn understanding of online marketplace dynamics, with demonstrated success in driving growth, tangible results, and KPI improvementsEntrepreneurial attitude to win despite all challenges, thriving in a fast-paced environment, a growth mindset, and learner's attitudeHighly collaborative, outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with a strong win-win mentality and natural ability to build relationshipsData-driven, results-oriented, and accurateExcited to spend up to 30% of your time travelingModel GetYourGuide’s in-person first value and work from the office, min 3+ days per week.Proficiency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.How We’ll Make Your Career Journey ExtraordinaryAnnual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and developmentWork from anywhere in the world for 30 days per yearA hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide eventsMonthly transportation and fitness budgetDiscounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activitiesLanguage reimbursement programHealth and wellness benefitsAnd more…How To ApplySubmit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
