* You will be responsible for recording and documenting spare parts requirements directly at our customers' premises
* You will be responsible for the assembly and installation of spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines
* You will carry out regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure system availability
* You will analyze and rectify technical faults (troubleshooting) and support our customers in identifying problems
* You will train and support our customers' operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines

* You have completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman
* You have initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance and have a good technical understanding
* You have basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics and are confident in working with technical drawings and documentation
* You work independently, are solution-oriented, and have a communicative and service-oriented personality
* You are willing to travel worldwide and have a good command of English
* You can be based in any country where our parent company, Windmöller & Hölscher, has a subsidiary and will travel internationally from there
