YOUR JOB
10. You work in the day and night service at the reception
11. You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out
12. You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services
13. You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks
14. You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area
YOUR PROFILE
15. You are officially enrolled at university and have a valid enrolment certificate to a full time study.
16. You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, no matter what time of day or night it is
17. You are able to work independently, are highly committed and a team player
18. Your German and English skills are on B2 level – of course we are happy for every additional language you are able to speak
