WHAT YOU BRING ALONG An above-average completed degree, ideally in business engineering, IT, or innovation. Extensive expertise in CRM & Omnichannel environments, ideally with experience in Digital Commerce, demonstrated through at least 8 years of consulting and/or implementation or team involvement. Familiarity with the strategic application of data in Omnichannel Commerce, CRM platforms, and Customer Engagement trends. Ability to develop Customer Journeys and Customer Journey Mapping. Experience with agile structures and working methods is advantageous. Solid experience and enthusiasm in topics like digital business models, corporate strategy, transformation management (agile), organizational development, and AI developments. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, a results-oriented mindset.
