The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the President of ERI Europe. The role ensures efficient coordination of daily activities, communication, and scheduling while supporting interactions with internal departments, international teams, and external partners. Join us as a Executive Assistant to the President (m/f/d) Your mission · Executive Support o Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient time management o Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and meeting documentation o Support follow-up on action items and key decisions · Coordination and Communication o Act as a key contact point between the President and internal departments, research teams, and external partners o Facilitate communication with international stakeholders and headquarters when required o Support the preparation of documents and meeting materials in English and/or Chinese · Administrative Management o Organize domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics o Manage expense documentation and administrative processes in accordance with company policies o Coordinate visits from internal leadership and international guests o Maintain organized documentation and records for the President’s office o Manage official documentation processes, including reviewing, issuing, and archiving documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards. · Events and Operational Support o Organize or support executive meetings, workshops, and internal events o Provide administrative support to any tasks requiring follow-up o Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the President’s office Your areas of expertise Completed university degree in business administration, office management, or a related field Several years of experience in executive assistance, administrative management, or similar roles, ideally supporting senior leadership or president-level management Proven experience organizing and coordinating executive meetings, leadership activities, and high-level internal events Experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events (e.g., annual award ceremonies with several hundred participants) Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international environment Ability to organize engagement activities that support collaboration and team morale in an international organization High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Image and video editing skills are a plus (such as Photoshop) Personal Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Structured and solution-oriented working style Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders Proactive and service-oriented approach Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; German language skills are a plus By applying to this position, you agree with our Recruitment Privacy Statement.
