Your tasks
As a Customer Facing Function Senior Analyst (m/f/d) you will play a central role in the analysis and optimization of regional and geographical structures. You will be responsible for
5. Conducting and interpreting regional analyses to derive strategic recommendations for action.
6. Designing and optimizing geographical structures to support our business objectives.
7. Leading and supporting project and process management initiatives.
8. Effective interface management between various internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
You have sound experience and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You have the following qualifications and skills:
9. Professional experience: at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar industry and at least 4 years as a project and process manager, business analyst or data & application manager.
10. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data, communicate results clearly and explain their relevance for action - also at management level.
11. Consulting skills: You are able to provide strategic advice to senior management and present study results in a targeted manner.
12. Relationship management: Strong ability to build trusting relationships with business partners and colleagues.
13. Innovation: You are a creative problem solver who develops innovative approaches through analysis and algorithms.
14. Project management: Proven experience in leading project teams as well as in change management areas such as communication, training, stakeholder engagement or change network management.
15. Intrapreneurship: Strategic support of business partners beyond your own area of responsibility.
16. Concept development: ability to develop new concepts and implement them successfully in a team.
17. Market knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends and their application in an international context.
18. Communication skills: Ability to present complex content in a clear, comprehensible and target group-oriented manner - in both German and English.
