Purpose and Responsibilities of the Position
This role supports the sales department in all areas of operational business to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. At the same time, it serves as the connecting function to all other departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks, Authorities, and Functions
* Responsible for complete order processing (including preparation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and customer correspondence) both domestically and internationally
* Preparation of export documents
* Handling business transactions with customs authorities, chambers of commerce, and freight forwarders
* Entry and maintenance of master and order data in the ERP system
* Preparation and management of statistical evaluations for quotations, order intake, and revenue
* Scheduling and tracking of delivery deadlines
* Preparation of technical and administrative documentation
* Handling administrative tasks within the department and in related areas
* Operating the telephone switchboard and managing the visitor reception
* Participation in project work
Qualifications
* Technical understanding and interest in technical products
* Professional experience in order processing
* Good knowledge of customs procedures
* Sales-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and sales support software
* Good English skills, both written and spoken
