We are on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst - People to join the People & Culture team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You'll collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, People & Culture Department leaders, and regional P&C teams from across the world, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. You’ll analyze people data, identify trends, and develop strategies for optimization. Your work will directly impact decision making at Delivery Hero, fueling organizational performance and enhancements in employee experience with the generation of advanced data insights and predictive intelligence. You’ll be a key contributor to improving our operational excellence and strategic planning.
1. Develop, maintain and improve analytical pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and reporting
2. Proactively analyze people data to identify trends and establish key performance metrics to monitor areas for improvement and optimization
3. Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
4. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Translating technical information into digestible content to drive action plans and decision making.
5. Raise the bar in the data analysis of employees attrition, org design, efficiency drivers, D&I and other key metrics that bring best practices to the People & Culture department.
6. Drive data literacy training and upskill people partners and other key stakeholders in the use and understanding of people data.
Qualifications
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field).
8. Strong critical thinking, ability to deep dive and fully understand patterns in data
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
10. Superior storytelling, ability to write clear and engaging executive summaries with the conclusions of the data analysis produced
11. Strong business acumen and understanding of key concepts of human resources would be a plus
12. Familiarity with languages and tools for data manipulation, analysis and plotting (R, R-shiny, R-markdown, Scikit, Numpy/Scipy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Bokeh, Jupyter).
