Use Your Skills to Move the World Forward
7. Education: University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
8. Experience & Skills
9. Over 3 years of leading international data-platform-focused teams and more than 2 years in people management roles
10. Superior communication, mediation abilities, and customer-centric approach
11. Expertise in program management related to data platforms, analytics, and AI integration
12. Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and data lakes
13. Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
14. Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards including GDPR
15. Development of scalable data infrastructures, including pipelines, lakes, and databases
16. Clear communication with senior management and proficiency with visualization platforms like PowerBI or Tableau
17. Leadership in mentoring data science and engineering teams, fostering innovation
18. Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum
19. Languages: Business fluency in English and strategic thinking to translate technical concepts into business value
