Your tasks
9. Ensuring the proper verification (according to VAT Act, order details and Commercial Code) and timely posting of incoming invoices
10. Independent coordination and execution of daily business, including account management, in compliance with internal and external guidelines.
11. Review and evaluation of incoming information, including coordination and clarification.
12. Independent accounting and/or sales tax decisions within one's own area of responsibility
13. Ensuring the timely posting of incoming invoices, particularly for the monthly, quarterly and annual closing, in compliance with internal and external guidelines and specifications.
14. Participation in projects
15. Coordination and communication with other departments, external companies and, in some cases, auditors
16. Timely processing of incoming payment reminders and balance confirmations
Your profile
17. Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk)
18. Ideally, subject-specific further training (e.g., VAT training)
19. Relevant, multi-year professional experience in accounting, minimum 5 years
20. Knowledge and application of legal regulations, in particular those relating to VAT.
21. Basic knowledge of the Income Tax Act and its application
22. Good knowledge of the VAT Act and the topic of withholding tax
23. Good knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and basic knowledge of IFRS
24. Experience with SAP S4/HANA MM, FI and MS Office applications (especially Word & Excel)
25. Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
