Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead our sales efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong dealer and contractor network for Daikin unitary products in the KSA market.
* Identify opportunities to expand market coverage through strategic partnerships with dealers and contractors.
* Develop and execute plans to increase sales and ensure strong profit margins across assigned territories and key accounts.
* Promote and sell Daikin's product lines, including RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier, and Rooftop units.
* Provide sales support to dealers and act as an intermediary between dealers and Daikin.
* Directly manage sales of assigned products through personal account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, contractors, and consultants.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
* At least 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the HVAC industry within designated territory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
