Your tasks:
* Design, develop, and deploy software supporting the company’s ADAS technology, with a focus on behavior planning and motion planning modules
* Utilize modern planning algorithms to generate optimized, safe, and dynamically feasible trajectories
* Apply advanced vehicle dynamics knowledge to enhance motion planning algorithms
* Translate automotive industry requirements into practical algorithmic solutions
* Follow agile development methodologies and the V-Model for developing motion planning modules
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motion planning algorithms into ADAS systems
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
Your profile:
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred
* 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in ADAS or autonomous driving
* Strong understanding of commonly implemented motion planning algorithms in the automotive industry
* Ability to deliver complex software features from design to implementation and testing on automotive-grade hardware
* Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and control systems
* Proficient in C, C++, Python, and MATLAB
* Experience with agile development methodologies and the V-Model
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
