EDEKA Nord, a leading retailer in the north German market, is seeking a Personalreferent (m/w/d) to join its HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR team, including recruiting and selecting new employees, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns, and for providing training and development opportunities to employees.
In addition, the Personalreferent will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
