Strengthen our CEO Online DACH in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Chief of Staff (m/f/d). This role is based in Munich.
In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO Online DACH, supporting the Group’s largest business unit (Online Studies) driving alignment, focus and execution across the Online DACH Unit. The role combines strategy, governance, cross-functional orchestration, and selective hands-on project delivery to maximise the impact of the CEO and the whole leadership team.
Your tasks
* Advise and support the CEO Online DACH on key strategic decisions by synthesizing data, structuring complex topics, and preparing actionable insights.
* Drive key strategic projects and initiatives (PMO), coordinating cross-functionally to ensure objectives are met.
* Lead the OPEX and headcount budgeting process in close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, and HR.
* Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on investor, board, and management meetings.
* Design, run, and continuously improve governance formats (e.g., board meetings, monthly business review meetings, all-hands).
* Guide and steer the CEO’s leadership team in strategic execution through lateral leadership.
* Analyse and interpret KPIs across P>L, Marketing, Sales, Product, and After-Sales; prepare and lead monthly performance review meetings.
* Own the end-to-end OKR process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and tracking goal achievement across teams.
Your Profile
* 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a comparable environment
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots and turn insights into action
* Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating high-stakes leadership environments
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
* Strong communication skills and executive presence, paired with discretion and sound judgment
* Experience in fast-scaling environments is a plus
* Advanced academic degree (e.g., Master’s)
* Fluency in German and English
