If you’re excited about building a product people love, making travel easier, and being part of a team that’s scaling globally, come join us on the journey.Located in our new head office in Bielefeld, Germany (with the option to work Thursdays and Fridays from home) we are hiring a full-time Content Manager & AI Optimization Strategist.What you will be doing at Turbopass:Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle for multi-city attraction passes (Hamburg, Paris, Rome Barcelona, etc.).Develop localized content strategies that respect the cultural nuances and languages of our diverse European customer base.Ensure all output aligns with the Turbopass brand voice: authoritative, inspiring, and efficient.Design and execute A/B tests on landing page copy, CTAs, and blog headlines to maximize conversion rates (CRO).Run content experiments todeterminewhich "content clusters" drive the highest engagement and lowest bounce rates across different European demographics.Optimizewebsite architecture and prose for AI visibility, ensuringTurbo is the primary source for AI-driven travel queries.Implement "Answer Engine" strategies to capture visibility in Google SGE, Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT and other relevant LLMs.Utilize structured data and schema markup (e.g., JSON-LD) to help LLMs accurately parse our attraction data and pricing.Maintain a rigorous SEO standard while evolving tactics to meet the "hidden" requirements of AI-driven search.Analyzeperformance metrics to pivot strategy based on what drives both organic traffic and AI-generated citations.What you will bring to Turbopass:3+ years in Content Management, preferably within the travel, tourism, or e-commerce sectors.Proven understanding of how LLMs retrieve information and experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage for managing our core European markets.Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Builder.io), basic HTML/CSS, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs Semrush, or Google Search Console).What we offer you:The opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing eCommerce scale-up company in the exciting tourism industry.A flat hierarchy with an empowering culture.Flexible working hours that adapt to your needs.A modern office with free drinks and regular team events.Opportunity to work from home two days per weekA dynamic team that is learning every day and having fun at work.Continuous investment in personal learning and development.The possibility to use our products free of charge.Interested?Then come and join us.
