Key Responsibilities:
This role plays a crucial part in our Global Sales organization, focusing on relationship management and customer service.
The primary objective is to manage the quote-to-cash process efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and structured customer relationships.
* Establish trustful communication with customers via email, phone, or occasional on-site visits.
* Monitor customer development in terms of turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment.
* Support S&OP process with updated sales forecasts and inputs, communicating customer-initiated priorities.
* Maintain the quote-to-cash process
* Coordinate creation of customer and material master data in ERP system aligned with company standards
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* Fluent English and one additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, or French).
* First experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational industrial environment. SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric individual.
* Analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
