Junior CRM Manager (m/w/d)

These are the tasks for this position:
1. Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks, as well as in the implementation of best practices
2. CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
3. Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
4. Setting up new users in Veeva & Salesforce
5. Territory management in Salesforce
6. Support in the introduction of Veeva in new countries
7. Training of experienced and new Veeva users/teams
8. Communication with external third-party providers/service providers
These are the requirements you should meet:
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification
10. Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and team spirit
11. Fluent in English and also in German
12. Professional experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/Salesforce.com) is an advantage
13. Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is desirable
14. Experience with agile management methods such as SCRUM & KANBAN and tools like JIRA is helpful
