Junior CRM Manager (m/w/d)

These are the tasks for this position:
* Support of the Global CRM Manager in administrative tasks and the implementation of best practices
* CRM first-line support for Salesforce Managers or IT in the local subsidiaries
* Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
* Creation of new users in Veeva & Salesforce
* Territory management in Salesforce
* Support of Veeva roll-out in new countries
* Training of both experienced and new Veeva users and teams
* Communication with third party service providers
These are the requirements you should meet:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical or business science (e.g. Business informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
* Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills and collaborative spirit
* Fluency in English and in German is a must
* Working experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/ Salesforce.com) is a plus
* Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is beneficial
* Experience in agile management methodologies like SCRUM & KANBAN and tools such as JIRA is a plus
