This is a challenging and dynamic role that involves working with our Cloud Asset Management team to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.

Your Role:
">
">
* Licence Interpretation: You will be responsible for interpreting licence rights and obligations in light of contractual clauses, EULAs, licence grants, and other relevant documents for Cloud SaaS products or Bring Your Own Licence (BYOL) scenarios.
">
* Negotiations Support: You will provide support to negotiations for SaaS contracts.
">
* Licence Management: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining licence and SaaS contract entries in the Software Asset Management (SAM) system.
">
* Software Asset Management: You will prepare and execute SAM actions to bring into compliance or optimize licences in the SaaS and BYOL space in cooperation with other stakeholders.
">
* Cloud Cost Optimization: You will monitor and optimize Cloud consumption costs in PaaS/IaaS scenarios and ensure compliance with policies and BYOL licencing rules for those scenarios.
">
* Project Management: You will assist with project management of the implementation of SaaS and PaaS/IaaS tooling.
">
* IT Policy Drafting: You will assist with drafting of IT policy in the Cloud domain.
">
* Requirements Analysis: You will analyze requirements and develop specifications for IT infrastructure projects.
">

Your Profile:
">
">
* Education: A university degree in Computer Sciences is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in Cloud-related fields.
">
* Certifications: ITIL V4 Foundation and SAM Certified are highly desirable.
">
* Language Skills: Excellent comprehension and expression in English are essential; knowledge of French is an asset.
">
* Communication Skills: You must be able to draft comprehensive analysis documents, prepare and revise policy and procedure documents related to software, and prepare technical reports.
">
* Technical Experience: Experience with encoding free-form legal clauses and/or other specifications into rules in an IT system, data conversion to enable import into an IT system, configuration of an IT system, and Data Protection issues encountered with Cloud contracting in Europe within the GDPR/EUDPR regulatory framework are highly desirable.

* Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, rigorous, organized, responsive, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
