PGS Group has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. Due to further expansion we are looking for an Machine Operator.
What tasks will you perform?
1. The correct execution of production orders in accordance with the product specifications and quality requirements in accordance with agreements within the ISO quality system.
2. Reports and registers non-conformity very clearly on notification quality sheet.
3. Keep workstation orderly and tidy.
4. Ensures maximum efficiency on its machine without compromising on safety and quality.
5. You are responsible for the changeover and operation of an automatically controlled machine.
6. Manual and semi-automatic machine with raw materials (nails, boards, beams).
Who are we looking for?
7. Experience in the production environment.
8. Experience with indicating settings in touch screen machine is a plus.
9. Anticipates unplanned downtime and product changeovers.
10. Attitude towards high-quality and efficient work.
11. You follow the current working hours, and are willing to work in shifts in the future.
12. Can work independently but also in a team.
13. Staying calm in all circumstances.
14. Safety and quality conscious.

19. Schedule: fulltime (Monday to Friday)
20. Working hours: 40h/week (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), but in the future, you will join the shift system (early shift +/- 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. & late shift +/- 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m).
