We are looking for a passionate Brand & Social Marketing Manager Motors(d/f/m) for our automotive sector. Together with our social agency you will plan and implement social media strategy, campaigns and production for and across all channels in line with our overall brand strategy. The role will be part of the Brand Marketing & Social Team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as PR and Vertical Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the eBay Germany team in executing the Parts & Accessories (Motors) brand and marketing strategy.
* Develop and roll out creative, social-first campaigns across multiple channels.
* Drive social media and brand strategies to boost awareness, consideration, and engagement in the automotive segment.
* Own and implement mid-funnel marketing activities and related creative assets.
* Lead creative ideation, influencer activations, and data-driven brand/media executions with measurable KPIs.
* Manage agencies and internal partners to ensure consistent brand presence and continuous campaign optimization.
What you will bring:
* 3–4 years’ proven experience in brand, social media, and influencer marketing with strong strategic and executional skills.
* Passion and expertise in the automotive landscape and community.
* Experience delivering 360° integrated campaigns and creating impactful social media content.
* Proactive, creative self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
* Deep understanding of paid social media metrics and latest platform trends.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
