Job Description
What you will do:
* Develop and execute employer branding activities across different channels (career websites, social media, career events) to strengthen METRO’s employer brand.
* Coordinate campaigns and events that support recruitment and brand awareness, including managing budgets, creating content, and tracking performance.
* Support and grow the METRO Ambassadors Program, strengthening their commitment with METRO.
* Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and impactful content.
* Act as a consultant for METRO’s global entities to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding activities.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment or communications, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Hands-on experience in social media management and event coordination for recruitment purposes.
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and budgets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and optimize activities.
* Fluent in English (academic level), German or other European languages are a plus.
