Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of our online marketplace via email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
* Assist clients with inquiries regarding platform features, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
* Guide customers through the process of using the marketplace, ensuring they receive the necessary support to maximize their experience.
* Document issues and interactions in our support system for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
* Stay informed about marketplace updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying technical concepts.
