The International Medical Affairs team at our regional headquarters in Berlin provides expert support to our sales and marketing teams in Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The Medical Managers prepare information and training materials for our products, which are then used by our international sales force and Medical Science Liaisons when they communicate with doctors. They keep abreast of the latest medical and scientific knowledge, product portfolio developments and international legislation.

Literature research and compilation of references
Highlighting and annotation of references
Downloading and adaptation of materials into our systems
Quality control and preparation of reference lists
Availability for six months and a weekly working time of 20 hours during term time and up to 38.5 hours during the semester break
You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of natural sciences or human medicine
You are organised, reliable and diligent, with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
You are a team player with good communication skills
Very good written and spoken English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft-Office-applications and willingness to develop skills and experience with new software and platforms
Job & Private life: regulated & flexible working hours at max. 20 hours / week during the lecture period (up to 38.5 hours / week in the semester breaks), proportionate holiday, possibility of mobile work depending on the area of assignment
