Hankook Tire Europe Technical Center (ETC) based in Hannover, Germany is one of Hankook Tire’s five global R&D centers (along with Korea, United States, Japan, China) and is responsible for the development and testing of tire solutions for European road conditions – working together with premium European vehicle manufacturers. Indoor test operation and quality control for European tire production in Hungary are also controlled by ETC. The following position at our location in Hannover is to be filled on a permanent basis as soons as possible: IT Operation Administrator (m/w/d) Your Tasks: Administer the entire computer network, including servers and IT infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and security Select and purchase new hardware and software following established procedures and budgetary constraints. Support users through troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware components. Train users on software and hardware usage to improve efficiency and reduce support requests. Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference and analysis. Cooperate with IT departments in other R&D centers to coordinate procurement and deployment of new IT assets. Program small macros and develop software solutions for user support.
