Your job:
1. Maximize direct and indirect sales as well as market share for the assigned strategic customers in the Gas Processing segment
2. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
3. Acquire strategic and sustainable business opportunities with assigned customers
4. Develop and implement global customer strategies and account plans for the assigned accounts
5. Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
6. Support the development of solution concepts and customer-specific offerings regarding products and applications
7. Lead international contract and price negotiations
8. Ensure regular collaboration with the buying centers of assigned customers, Festo subsidiaries, and various headquarters functions
9. Provide functional leadership to the customer team and ensure joint success
10. Ensure overall profitability of the assigned customers
Your qualification:
11. Successfully completed degree in engineering, electrical engineering, automation, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
12. Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry, ideally related to gas processing
13. Strong industry, product, and application knowledge in automation for process industries, particularly in gas processing (e.g., equipment for the production, purification, and distribution of hydrogen, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide)
14. Several years of international sales experience with responsibility for customer acquisition, customer development, and contract negotiations is desirable
15. Experience in project acquisition and revenue responsibility is an advantage
16. Functional leadership experience is a plus
17. Business-fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
18. Strong consulting orientation, persuasive communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in intercultural collaboration
19. High willingness to travel
