Your mission Our People & Culture team enables smooth, reliable, and employee-focused processes across the organization. As a Working Student in People and Culture (f/m/x), you will support the team with administrative and operational People topics and help keep our systems, data, and documents well structured. You’ll gain hands-on experience in People Operations while contributing to a collaborative and international work environment. Role Responsibilities People Data Support : Help keep our employee data in Personio clean, structured, and up to date. HR Systems Support : Assist with updating and organizing contract templates and other People & Culture documents. People Team Support : Help with general People & Culture administrative activities to keep processes running smoothly. Your profile You are enrolled as a student (preferably in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field). You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way and handle confidential data with care. You are a team player with a hands-on mindset and a willingness to learn. You are confident using MS Office ; experience with HR tools ( e.g. Personio ) is a plus but not. You have a good command of English; German is a plus. If applicable, you hold a valid visa and/or residence permit that allows you to work in Germany at the time of joining.
