YOUR ROLE
The Manager - In Room Dining is responsible for the overall detailed operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
* Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
* Implement and ensure compliance with all Food and Beverage and LQA standards.
* Ensure that the menus are always up to date, conforming prices with POS, and wines available
* Act as a hands-on role model and provide operational support to the team.
* Handles guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily and reporting immediately to the Manager in line.
* Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service with outstanding customer care.
* Collaborate closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality is preferred.
* Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
* Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
