* Lead multiple projects as product owner and/or strategic advisor, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, scope, and profitability
* Drive strategic problem-solving across teams and integrate insights into project frameworks
* Ensure resource allocation, timeline management, and compliance across workstreams
* Represent the company externally through thought leadership, client pitches, and conferences
* Drive agile transformation and define workstreams
* Design and implement business development strategies
* Manage and coach delivery teams, ensuring performance and wellbeing
* Shape organizational strategy and contribute to firm-wide transformation
