Overview As a Consultant Strategy & Transaction you will advise private‑equity backed companies and major corporates on high‑impact initiatives ranging from cost reduction and operational improvements to portfolio optimisation and buy‑and‑build strategies. You will leverage in‑depth market insights, robust financial modelling and strong stakeholder management to deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership teams while being based in Munich or Frankfurt.
