TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. For the support of our Technical / Nautical Inspection department, we are looking for a:
Naval Architect / Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
1. Researching, comparing and assessing new technologies and technical improvements
2. Project lead of dedicated technical projects, internal and external communication e.g. with suppliers, class and flag
3. Cost to benefit analysis and life cycle cost analysis
4. Creating and updating technical documentations (drawings, datasheets, instructions)
5. Close communication with the fleet operation, technical superintendence and the S&Q management to take up current issues and develop solutions
6. Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering
7. Good technical understanding and passion for marine business
8. Very good written and spoken English language skills (business fluent)
9. Structured and independent working style
10. Consideration of both technical and economical aspects in the daily work
11. IT skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD), preferably Auto CAD is an advantage
12. Willingness to travel
